Job Description:

• Principal Accountabilities
  • Assist the I.T & Systems Manager in creating network policies in order to safeguard organizational data and the network from cyber security threats.
  • Responsible for supporting the optimization of network server and storage infrastructure for a secured and reliable network infrastructure.
  • Assist with the configuration and installation of software systems for seamless operations across all SBUs.
  • Monitor system performance and alertness levels to address potential issues in a timely way by conducting regular security audits across the shared business unit.

  • Framework & Boundaries:
    • This role provides adequate technical assistance and helps increase staff productivity by managing allocation of tool, and training of staff on tools and system updates.

Requirements:

• Education
  • Minimum requirement: First Degree / HND qualification from a recognized higher institution in an IT, Engineering, or any other numerate course, with a grade not less than a Second Class lower or a Lower Credit.
• Added advantage:
  • Experience
    • Minimum requirement: Minimum of 1 year cognate experience
    • Added Advantage: Experience in network infrastructure and cybersecurity,

    • Strong technical background and knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
