Job Description:

We are seeking a tech-savvy and organized IT / Booking Support Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt. This role is a hybrid position that demands both digital administrative precision—managing our Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms and booking systems—and the technical expertise to provide essential IT support. The ideal candidate is an efficient problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and ensures our digital booking infrastructure and office systems are always running smoothly.

Requirements:

• OTA & Booking Management:

  • Monitor and manage multiple Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms to ensure real-time accuracy of listings, availability, and pricing.

  • Oversee internal booking systems, ensuring all customer reservations are processed, confirmed, and updated without errors.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving booking-related discrepancies or technical glitches within the reservation software.

• IT Support:

  • Provide first-line technical support for office hardware, software, and network connectivity.

  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues, assist with software updates, and ensure office equipment (computers, printers, etc.) remains operational.

  • Maintain digital security by ensuring basic data backups and system updates are performed regularly.

• Operational Efficiency:

  • Bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and customer-facing operations.

  • Generate activity reports from booking platforms to assist management in tracking performance and occupancy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Technical Proficiency: A solid foundation in IT knowledge is mandatory. You should be comfortable navigating software interfaces, managing online portals, and performing basic hardware/network troubleshooting.
