We are seeking a creative, energetic, and digital-savvy Social Media Management Intern to help amplify our brand's voice and grow our online community. This is an ideal role for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content management, and audience engagement. You will be at the front lines of our digital presence, helping to turn our brand strategy into daily posts and meaningful conversations that drive growth.

Requirements:

• Content Publishing: Manage the daily posting schedule across our social media platforms, ensuring our content is published on time and reaches our audience effectively.

• Community Engagement: Act as the voice of the brand by actively engaging with our followers—responding to comments, managing direct messages, and fostering positive interactions.

• Content Creation: Design and draft simple, engaging posts, captions, and updates to maintain a consistent and vibrant online presence.

• Platform Monitoring: Keep an eye on our feeds to identify trending topics or customer queries that require our immediate attention.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification.

• Core Competencies:

  • Digital Native: A strong understanding of how different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) function.

  • Creativity: A good eye for design and a knack for writing catchy, engaging captions.
