Job Description:

• Our client is seeking a highly driven Investment Banking Associate to support and execute high-impact corporate advisory mandates.
• This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong deal experience and the ability to manage transactions with minimal supervision.
• This position is strictly for experienced investment banking professionals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A and Capital Raising Transactions: Oversee mergers and acquisitions, capital raising efforts, valuations, and corporate restructuring transactions.
• Prepare Financial Documentation: Create investment memos, financial models, pitch books, and board-level presentations that effectively communicate strategic insights.
• Conduct Financial Analysis: Perform due diligence, financial analysis, and comprehensive market/industry research to support transaction decisions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and manage strong client relationships while coordinating transaction workstreams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support Senior Bankers: Assist senior bankers in deal origination, execution, and overall transaction strategy.

Requirements:

• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required to succeed in this role.
• Qualifications: ACA, CFA, or relevant postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 6–10 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance, with a proven track record in executing closed transactions.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are essential.
