Requirements:

• Financial Oversight: Review reports for accuracy, oversee financial reconciliations, and vet staff salaries to ensure correctness before endorsement for approval.

• Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular audit spot checks across departments, perform call-up reviews of financial transactions, and ensure all activities align with management’s policies.

• Investigative Analysis: Proactively investigate operational issues and financial discrepancies, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.

• Stock & Asset Management: Participate in quarterly stock-taking exercises and manage the physical sighting of inbound and outbound items, preparing detailed reports on findings.
