Job Description:

• Plan, execute, and document internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance processes

• Identify potential risks, design audit programs, and carry out audit procedures to evaluate financial systems and internal controls

• Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen internal controls, enhance risk management, and improve governance practices

• Collaborate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency

• Prepare, review, and present clear and comprehensive audit reports to senior management and the audit committee

Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of internal audit standards, financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management practices

• Skills: Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders

• Professionalism: High level of integrity, objectivity, ethical judgment, and professionalism

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in internal auditing, risk management, or related financial control roles

• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are a strong advantage
