About Company:
The Brooks Africa Limited is a real estate development and investment company. We focus on creating homes that reflect the beauty in nature. Headed by a team of qualified Architects and Design professionals, we are the region's leading developer of bespoke homes and luxury destinations.
Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and technically sophisticated Interior / Site Architect to anchor our luxury developments in Abuja. In the elite real estate sector, success is defined by "Aesthetic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity, photorealistic 3D visualizations with the rigorous site-level oversight required to ensure the physical build matches the digital promise pixel-for-pixel. This role is designed for a "Spatial Architect" with 3–8 years of experience who can blend "Creative Visualization Mastery" (3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion) with the "Technical Grit" required for daily on-site finish inspections and material verification.
Requirements:
1. High-Fidelity Visualization & Marketing Synergy
Photorealistic Engineering: Produce elite-level 3D renderings and immersive walkthrough animations (3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion) that serve as the primary tool for client approvals and digital marketing campaigns.
Immersive Client Journeys: Lead tablet-based virtual tours on-site, guiding buyers through unfinished spaces by showing them the high-fidelity future of their apartments to secure faster decisions.
Aesthetic Logic: Develop digital mood boards and material palettes that align with the brand’s luxury identity, using renders to communicate "Look and Feel" prior to procurement.
2. Site Governance & Design-Build Integrity
Execution Oversight: Conduct daily site inspections to ensure that the physical execution of finishes, joinery, and marble/timber installations aligns 100% with the approved 3D models.
Discrepancy Resolution: Rapidly identify deviations between construction and design intent, utilizing your visualization skills to sketch or render on-site solutions for immediate management approval.
Material Stewardship: Verify that procured materials—tiles, marble, and timber—match the textures and color profiles used in the finalized, client-approved renderings.
3. Technical Documentation & Compliance
Shop Drawing Governance: Review and approve technical shop drawings from contractors, ensuring they reflect the precise aesthetic intent of the master design.
Regulatory Fidelity: Ensure all interior and site-level modifications comply with Abuja building codes, safety standards, and sustainable architectural practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work synchronously with the Design Lead and Site Engineers to translate conceptual ideas into actionable, buildable technical drawings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of robust experience within a real estate development firm or high-end architectural studio.
Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Lumion, and AutoCAD. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for post-production is essential.
Portfolio Sovereignty: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, photorealistic interior and exterior renders is non-negotiable.
Core Competencies
Creative Grit: Ability to conceptualize luxury spaces while maintaining a pragmatic understanding of construction methodologies.
Analytical Prowess: A "Meticulous Eye" for identifying technical errors in joinery, finishes, and material textures.
Communication Power: Ability to present complex rendered proposals to clients and contractors with clarity and professional diplomacy
