We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • To support the Corporate Business Integrity Department in protecting the Integrity of the business by ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented to minimise business interruption or financial loss caused by corruption, fraud, unethical and misconduct, and create and maintain a strong ethical culture. Duties include

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Conduct investigations
  • Allegation Management and Case Oversight
  • Forensic and Data Analysis
  • Compliance Monitoring and Risk Identification
  • Forensic and Data Analysis
  • Community Relations and Project Monitoring
  • Process Improvement and Governance Advisory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB/B. L) or a related discipline in Social Sciences, Arts, or Business.
  • Additional certifications in Fraud Examination, Compliance, Forensics, Audit, Risk Management, or Ethics (e.g., CFE, CIA, CAMS, CRMA) are an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of leading or managing complex investigations involving fraud, corruption, misconduct, and whistleblowing.
  • Experience working in multinational environments, oil & gas, or highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated involvement in stakeholder engagement, community-related issues, or CSR project monitoring is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of Anti-Bribery & Corruption (AB&C) regulations, ethics compliance frameworks, and internal controls.
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas regulatory environment, including CSR standards and community relations
