Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and organizationally elite Human Resource Officer to anchor the people engine of our Lagos-based operations. In the specialized landscape of modern Nigerian business, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize recruitment and employee relations with the clinical precision required for Leave Management, HR Documentation, and Payroll Support. This role is designed for an "HR Architect" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling employee inquiries and workplace mediation) with the "Administrative Agility" required to coordinate vendors and manage general office functions.
Requirements:
1. Talent Orchestration & Lifecycle Governance
Acquisition Sovereignty: Assist with recruitment, initial interviews, and the onboarding of new hires with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Cultural Integration."
Leave Architecture: Manage and track employee attendance and leave records, providing the "Structural Foundation" for workforce planning and availability.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain organized HR records and documentation, ensuring the "Source of Personnel Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Workplace Logic
Relations Sovereignty: Handle employee inquiries and support workplace relations, acting as the primary "Source of Employee Engagement."
Performance Architecture: Support annual performance management processes and goal-setting, providing the "Functional Foundation" for productivity tracking.
Fiscal Stewardship: Assist with payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits, maintaining the "Source of Financial Reliability."
3. Operational Integrity & Administrative Power
Office Sovereignty: Support general office administration and coordinate with administrative vendors, acting as the primary "Source of Infrastructure Continuity."
Compliance Architecture: Apply a strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws, providing the "Statutory Foundation" for organizational safety.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–4 years of sector expertise to resolve administrative hurdles in real-time, maximizing the "Source of HR Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 2 – 4 years of relevant HR experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications: Membership in CIPM or CIHRM is a distinct advantage.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Core Competencies
Relational Grit: Excellence in communication and managing sensitive employee relations.
Operational Sovereignty: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage general office administration.
