Job Description:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update staff records (physical and digital).
- Assist with HR letters, payroll documentation, and leave tracking.
- Manage office filing, correspondence, and supplies.
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
- Assist with reports, attendance tracking, and meeting coordination.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Currently serving NYSC Corps Member.
Salary
