Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite HR Manager to anchor the talent and operational engine of our Lekki-based organization. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the talent cycle and the precision of regulatory compliance success is defined by "Human Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize workforce planning with the clinical precision required for Oil and Gas Operations, Learning & Development, and Industrial Harmony. This role is designed for a "People Architect", specifically a senior professional with 8–12 years of experience and direct exposure to the Oil and Gas sector—who can blend "Regulatory Grit" (mastering policy implementation and HR compliance) with the "Strategic Agility" required to drive performance management and reward systems.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Talent Governance
Workforce Sovereignty: Oversee talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Capability."
L&D Architecture: Lead learning and development initiatives to upskill the technical and administrative workforce, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term growth.
Integrity Stewardship: Handle HR operations and policy implementation, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Relational Logic
Harmony Sovereignty: Foster employee relations and industrial harmony within the specialized Oil and Gas context, acting as the primary "Source of Workplace Stability."
Performance Architecture: Drive performance management and reward systems, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-output culture and employee motivation.
Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all activities align with current labor laws and sector-specific regulations, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory Safety."
3. Operational Integrity & Sector Power
Energy Sovereignty: Apply direct Oil and Gas sector exposure to refine HR strategies, acting as the primary "Source of Industry Insight."
Policy Architecture: Develop and enforce HR policies that meet global standards, providing the "Relational Foundation" for executive-level governance.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 8–12 years of HR expertise to accelerate the "Onboarding-to-High-Performance" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Human Capital Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 8 – 12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
Sector Focus: Direct and proven exposure to the Oil and Gas sector is mandatory.
Technical Power: Strong understanding of HR policy, regulatory compliance, and industrial relations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Professional certifications like CIPM, SHRM, or PHRi are highly valued).
