Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary HR Leader to act as a strategic partner to our business, driving our people agenda to foster high performance and sustainable growth. This is a senior-level role for an individual who can bridge the gap between organizational goals and human capital potential. You will not only manage HR operations but also shape our culture, champion transformation, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Strategic HR Leadership: Translate complex business objectives into measurable HR initiatives. You will lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management efforts to ensure the business is structured for success.
Talent & Organizational Development: Build a powerhouse workforce through end-to-end talent acquisition, succession planning, and robust leadership development. You will own the performance management framework, ensuring accountability and continuous growth.
Culture & Transformation: Champion our core values to build an inclusive, collaborative, and high-engagement work environment. You will actively break down silos and promote cross-functional synergy.
HR Operations & Governance: Build scalable HR processes that remain compliant with labor laws and market regulations. You will maintain rigorous governance over HR risks and employee data.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) and provide actionable insights that influence the executive decision-making process.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a complex, fast-paced environment.
Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation, influence senior stakeholders, and build high-performing teams from the ground up.
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and current market trends.
