Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead our People function in Abuja. You will be the architect of our talent lifecycle, responsible for everything from attracting top-tier candidates to ensuring our workplace is safe, compliant, and supportive. We need a seasoned professional who can balance administrative excellence with long-term workforce planning someone who views HR not just as a support function, but as a core driver of our organizational success.
Requirements:
End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from conducting competency-based interviews to verifying references and performing essential background checks.
Onboarding & Development: Design and lead high-impact orientation and training programs that ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and equipped for success.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define future personnel needs, set hiring goals, and update job requirements as the business scales.
Benefits & Total Rewards: Act as the subject matter expert on employee benefits, programs, and education; evaluate benefit contract bids to ensure we provide competitive and cost-effective packages.
Health, Safety, & Welfare: Oversee workplace health and safety procedures, ensuring a secure environment for all staff.
HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain meticulous employee records, manage administrative paperwork, and serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring all inquiries are addressed with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: HND or B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification: CIPM Certification is required.
Experience: 3–10 years of relevant HR work experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility and strategic impact.
