Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and highly organized Human Resources Officer to join our team in Ikoyi. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our people operations, supporting not just our main office but our subsidiary companies in building robust, compliant, and efficient HR processes. If you are an experienced HR professional with a passion for talent development, organizational structuring, and policy management within the fast-paced commercial real estate sector, this is an ideal role for you.
Requirements:
HR Infrastructure: Design and implement HR processes, organizational charts, and systems that align with the strategic needs of our subsidiaries.
Compliance & Policy: Advise management on best practices regarding compensation, benefits, and labor law compliance. Maintain accurate personnel records and directories.
Talent Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new talent.
Operational Excellence: Track and report on key HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover) and develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Development: Coordinate management training and professional development programs to foster a high-performance culture.
Strategic Planning: Assist in HR budgeting and long-term workforce planning to support business scaling.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advantage: An MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional HR experience.
Certifications: Possession of CIPM or another relevant HR certification is an added advantage.
