Job Description:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and procedures.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (leaves, absences, overtime, etc.).
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances and supporting employee engagement initiatives
- Organize staff training, development, and welfare activities.
- Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility management.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have 2-4 years proven experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
