Job Description:
- We are looking for a reliable and organised Virtual Assistant to support our domiciliary care service remotely.
- This role involves administrative support, communication, coordination, and basic marketing activities to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support remotely
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Handle client meetings, phone calls, emails, and other communication platforms
- Attend virtual meetings as required
- Support marketing and sales activities, including implementing sales strategies
- Assist with logistics coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- Must be a good communicator, trustworthy, and reliable
- Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Confident using technology and digital tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is highly desirable
- Experience in a similar role or field is an advantageRemote Work Requirements
- Reliable internet connection
- Access to a laptop and smartphone
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary
