Job Description:

• The Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme is a six-month talent development programme designed to equip young professionals with the knowledge, skills and practical experience to build successful careers within Africa’s private sector.
• The programme combines a four-week Group Foundation Bootcamp with a five-month in-company deployment, giving the HH Graduate Trainees a strong foundation in business fundamentals alongside hands-on experience across the Group’s portfolio companies.
• Upon successful completion of the programme, high-performing trainees are placed within the Heirs Holdings Group, providing an opportunity to begin their careers within a leading pan-African investment group.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a Second Class Lower (2:2) from an accredited Nigerian or international university.
• Have completed the NYSC programme.
• Have no more than two years of post-NYSC professional experience.
• Are 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
