Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profit goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
- Analyze market trends, industry insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Oversee the adoption and use of CRM tools to streamline sales processes and drive efficiency.
- Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Computer Science, Social Sciences, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership and business development roles.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets (top and bottom line).
- Strong ability to analyze market and industry insights to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
