Job Description:
- Identify, develop, and commission new retail outlets to drive business growth and market share.
- Maintain adequate product stock levels across all stations to ensure uninterrupted operations and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all equipment and infrastructure adhere to preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and operational risk.
- Provide timely, data-driven reports and feedback to management for performance evaluation and strategic planning of restocking and critical equipments.
- Develop and conduct QHSE awareness and training sessions for all staff to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
- Drive initiatives to expand LPG infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and increase storage and distribution capacity.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across operations while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards as stipulated by DPR/NMDPRA and other regulatory agencies.
- Obtain and renew all required operational licenses and regulatory permits on time.
- Optimize delivery routes, fleet utilization, and scheduling to reduce costs and improve turnaround time.
- Proactively engage regulatory bodies to resolve pending approvals and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of downstream oil and gas operations, including retail, logistics, and LPG value chain management.
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to optimize operational processes and reduce costs.
- Excellent understanding of QHSE regulations and compliance standards.
- Effective communication, reporting, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in downstream oil and gas operations, including retail management, LPG operations, or depot logistics.
- Demonstrated success in business expansion, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization.
- An MBA or a relevant professional certification (e.g. PMP, or NIM) is an added advantage.
