Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising compliance.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve service delivery.
- Prepare and analyze sales, operations, and performance reports for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations) to optimize business performance.
- Drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer loyalty, and overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage retail operations, drive sales, and deliver results.
- Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, or customer-centric businesses is an added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 4–6 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle business management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
