Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic-minded Head of Finance to oversee our financial strategy, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance. As a key advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, you will bridge the gap between long-term growth objectives and daily financial stewardship. We are looking for a leader who can not only manage complex financial data but also provide the commercial insights necessary to drive the organization forward in a competitive market.

Requirements:

• Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the development of corporate financial strategies, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and sophisticated cash flow modeling to support scaling initiatives.

• Executive Reporting: Oversee the production of precise financial statements, detailed variance analyses, and strategic management reports for the executive team and Board.

• Compliance & Risk Governance: Ensure rigorous adherence to local tax laws, IFRS/GAAP standards, and financial regulations while proactively identifying and mitigating operational and financial risks.

• Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, professional development, and accountability.

• Process Excellence: Drive efficiency by designing, upgrading, and implementing internal controls, financial policies, and modern ERP systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Certification: Professional accounting qualification required (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, with a proven track record in a senior leadership or management capacity.
