Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head of Finance to anchor the financial engine of our real estate operations. In a specialized property landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of capital-relay and the precision of the asset-filter success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize strategic leadership with the clinical precision required for Cash Flow Optimization, Real Estate Taxation, and Regulatory Governance. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" specifically a veteran professional with 6+ years of senior management experience in the Real Estate sector who can blend "Fiscal Grit" (mastering asset-based accounting) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Stakes Financial Planning and Team Leadership.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Strategic Governance

• Sovereignty of the Balance Sheet: Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Economic Strategy."

• Control Architecture: Implement robust financial policies and internal controls, providing the "Structural Foundation" for risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards and tax laws, ensuring the "Source of Procedural Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Capital Architecture & Analytical Logic

• Liquidity Sovereignty: Manage cash flow to optimize working capital, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Continuity."

• Planning Architecture: Conduct rigorous variance analysis and oversee forecasting, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-driven real estate investment decisions.

• Reporting Stewardship: Oversee internal/external reporting and coordinate with auditors, maintaining the "Source of Fiscal Transparency."

3. Operational Integrity & Team Architecture

• Team Sovereignty: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, acting as the primary "Source of Departmental Performance."

• Compliance Architecture: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address financial regulatory matters, providing the "Relational Foundation" for enterprise-wide risk management.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Financial Management Software to accelerate the "Reporting-to-Decision" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Departmental Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/ACCA/CPA preferred).

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a senior financial management role, specifically within the Real Estate industry.

• Technical Power: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and real-estate-specific reporting.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and foster collaboration within an accounting department.

• Aptitude: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to negotiate/influence at the executive level.
