We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Strategic Planning, Liaison & Execution
• Develop and execute targeted strategic roadmap for the bank’s Affluent and Diaspora Banking business , considering the market opportunities/growth potential s, competitor activities, existing capabilities and risk appetite , in line with the bank’s overall strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and customer s’ needs to design segment -specific products, services, and campaigns.
• Lead partnerships with international financial institutions, diaspora organizations, and wealth management organizations .
• Define measurable business growth objectives, management processes and measures .
• Proactively collaborate with other business heads in the development of strategies and key priorities
• that support growth of the bank’s Affluent and Diaspora business es. Business Performance & Revenue Generation
• Achievement of the Affluent and Diaspora Banking annual financial targets in both P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Responsible for Strategic Management, Business Development and profitability of Affluent Banking Segments.
• Drive growth in customer base, deposit, assets under management (AUM), and fee income from the segments.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 15years of experience in banking sector.
