Job Description:
- We are seeking a data-obsessed and user-centric Growth Marketing Specialist to join our fintech team.
- Your primary mission is to optimize the user journey, turning new sign-ups into active, transacting customers.
- You will be the driving force behind reducing friction, building trust, and systematically increasing conversion rates at every touchpoint—from the first website visit to the first deposit or trade.
- Your work will directly impact our revenue and customer lifetime value by ensuring our users not only join but actively engage with our financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, analyze, and optimize the core conversion funnels, including user onboarding, KYC completion, and the first deposit/investment journey.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate tests on key elements like landing pages, sign-up forms, pricing displays, and trust signals to maximize conversion rates.
- Develop and manage automated email and SMS sequences (e.g., for cart abandonment, KYC reminders, activation nudges) to recover lost users and drive them to complete financial actions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Compliance teams to implement a roadmap of conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives that balance growth with regulatory requirements.
- Track, report, and action key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Application-to-Approval Rate, KYC Completion Rate, Week-1 Activation Rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify points of friction and drop-off in the financial user experience.
- Work with the data team to ensure proper tracking and attribution are in place for all experiments and campaigns.
- Other Tasks: Execute flawlessly on any other task assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a conversion rate optimization (CRO), growth marketing, or product marketing role,with a strong preference for experience in fintech, banking, or a regulated financial services environment.
- High proficiency in analytics and CRO tools such asGoogle Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely, or VWO.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g.,HubSpot, Braze, Iterable) for building lifecycle communication flows.
- Strong understanding of the financial user's mindset, including concerns around security, trust, and complexity.
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced competency in Excel/Google Sheets. Basic knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to articulate test hypotheses, results, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, test-and-learn mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and compliant-driven environment.
Salary
