GROWTH & MARKETING GENERALIST AT 360VA

About Company:

We’re looking for a versatile Growth & Marketing Generalist to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and an excellent storyteller with strong writing skills. You’ll manage campaigns across multiple channels while contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Job Description:

* Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital, content, social, email, and partnership channels.
* Manage performance marketing (Google & Meta Ads) with a focus on maximizing ROI.
* Lead SEO and content initiatives to boost visibility and organic reach.
* Create compelling content with excellent writing and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
* Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and share actionable insights with the team.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business goals.
* Experiment with new growth channels and develop community engagement strategies.
 

Requirements:

* Demonstrated success in running campaigns that deliver measurable growth.
* Strong skills in SEO, content marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
* Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor’s degree from a Federal or strong State University (First Class is a plus).

Qualifications and Skills:

* 3–5 years’ proven experience in marketing or growth roles.
* Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.

Nice-to-Have
* Experience driving growth in B2B and/or B2C environments.
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
* Basic design and/or video editing skills.
