Job Description:

We are looking for the next generation of leaders to join our Graduate Trainee Program. This isn't just an entry-level position; it is an intensive, structured development journey designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry excellence.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be rotated through core business units, exposed to high-level departmental processes, and mentored by industry veterans. Requirements:

1. Immersive Learning & Skill Acquisition

• Rotational Development: Participate actively in structured workshops and on-the-job learning activities across multiple departments to understand the "big picture" of our operations.

• Process Observation: Study and document departmental workflows and best practices to build a deep foundational knowledge of our business model.

• Feedback Integration: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by actively seeking and applying feedback from supervisors and mentors.

2. Operational Support & Project Execution

• Departmental Assistance: Support daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring that team objectives are met with efficiency and precision.

• Technical Documentation: Assist in the preparation of professional reports, high-impact presentations, and essential project documentation using MS Office tools.

• Supervised Projects: Take ownership of assigned tasks and small-scale projects under the guidance of senior staff, ensuring results align with company standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.

• Experience: 0–1 year of work experience (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged).

• Compliance: Must possess an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
