CA Global is pleased to announce a unique opportunity for high-potential graduates to join a newly licensed accounting and professional services firm during its foundational launch. We are establishing a footprint across Lagos, Abuja, Awka, and Asaba, and we are looking for Trainees who see themselves as future partners rather than just employees.
This is not a traditional entry-level role. It is an Entrepreneurial Residency where you will be equipped with the tools to grow a brand from the ground up. If you are a post-NYSC graduate with a "growth mindset" and the discipline to manage your own performance—either on-site or from home—this is your platform to fast-track your professional journey.
Requirements:
1. Brand Growth & Market Development
Entrepreneurial Execution: Identify and engage potential clients in your specific region (Lagos, Abuja, Awka, or Asaba) to introduce the firm’s accounting and advisory services.
Client Acquisition: Leverage your network and local market knowledge to contribute to the firm’s growing portfolio.
Service Advocacy: Master the firm's service offerings to effectively communicate value to diverse business owners and corporate entities.
2. Technical Training & Practice Support
Accounting Excellence: Support senior associates in executing audit, tax, and compliance tasks while undergoing rigorous on-the-job training.
Data Management: Assist in the preparation of financial documentation and client reports, ensuring accuracy and professional standards are met.
Operational Agility: Successfully navigate a Work-From-Home (WFH) environment, maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines without constant supervision.
3. Performance & Strategy
Outcome Ownership: Manage your daily activities to align with performance-based targets, ensuring a direct link between your efforts and your remuneration.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on market trends, client feedback, and progress within your catchment area.
Professional Development: Actively participate in the firm’s training programs to sharpen your technical and commercial acumen.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a HND or B.Sc (or equivalent) in any discipline.
Experience: Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program with post-service experience.
Mindset: A demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit—you take initiative and act like an owner.
Locations: Residency in Abuja, Awka, Asaba, or Lagos is essential for local market engagement.
