Job Description:

• We are inviting passionate and motivated graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program.
• This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional growth within key areas of our operations, including Facility Management, Project Support, and Site Operations.
• As a Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals to understand how our projects are executed, maintained, and optimized for long-term success.
• You’ll gain exposure to real estate processes, operational systems, and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily site or facility operations and assist project teams.
• Participate in inspections and maintenance processes.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting project or facility performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Learn and apply company policies, safety standards, and operational best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any field (Engineering, Estate Management, or related disciplines is an advantage).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding or interest in facility management or construction operations.
• No prior work experience required — training will be provided
