We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The program is designed to help high-performing graduates develop meaningful careers in investment banking, engineering, and project development.
• It combines structured training, mentorship, and real-world exposure across 3F’s portfolio of energy, gas, and industrial infrastructure projects.
• Participants will develop commercial skills, strong analytical and technical capabilities, and leadership skills.
• Each discipline track—covering Economics, Finance, and various Engineering fields—is tailored to build strategic thinking and professional excellence, preparing graduates to play key roles in advancing Africa’s energy and industrial infrastructure.

Roles Available (Discipline Tracks):

• Finance Graduate Trainee
• Economics Graduate Trainee
• Chemical Engineering Graduate Trainee
• Civil Engineering Graduate Trainee
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering Graduate Trainee
• Mechanical Engineering Graduate Trainee

Requirements:

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Energy Economics, Finance, Accounting, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Classification: 

• Minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1 Upper Credit).

Experience: 

• Fresh graduate or maximum of 1-2 years of relevant work/internship experience.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness: 

• Willingness and ability to work in plant/field environments and adapt to rotational assignments.
