Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer to anchor the physical engine of our Lagos operations. In the specialized landscape of modern industrial systems, success is defined by "Mechanical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize theoretical mechanics with the clinical precision required for System Optimization, Preventive Maintenance, and Complex Troubleshooting. This role is designed for an "Asset Architect" at the Entry-Level who can blend "Technical Grit" (site inspections and equipment installation) with the "Strategic Agility" required to collaborate with senior engineers on real-world projects.

Requirements:

1. Design Orchestration & Reliability Governance

• System Sovereignty: Assist in the design and analysis of mechanical components with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Design Optimization."

• Reliability Architecture: Support the execution of preventive maintenance schedules, providing the "Structural Foundation" for machinery efficiency.

• Troubleshooting Stewardship: Partner with senior engineers to resolve equipment faults, ensuring the "Source of Operational Uptime" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Field Logic

• Inspection Sovereignty: Conduct rigorous site inspections and data collection, acting as the primary "Source of Field Intelligence."

• Installation Architecture: Support the setup and commissioning of mechanical systems, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for successful project execution.

• Safety Stewardship: Strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, maintaining the "Source of Environmental and Personnel Security."

3. Collaboration Integrity & Growth Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering.

• NYSC: Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps program.

• Age Limit: Not more than 28 years old at the time of application.
