Success Digest Growth Initiative is a Non-governmental organization founded to provide microfinance and developmental services to retail business owners who are registered members of the organization. 

The organization is a national institution currently operating in several states, and providing loans to active poor women and men.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and assess loan applications and client financial status.
• Analyze creditworthiness, risks, and approve/reject loans.
• Contact clients, collect financial data, and calculate key ratios.
• Set up payment plans.
• Ensure loan recovery (includes field work).
• Must reside within Oyo State (Ibadan precisely) or be willing to relocate (accommodation provided).

Requirements:

Requirments:

•  Excellent communication skills to interact with applicants and explain complex financial terms.
•  Understanding of lending policies, regulations, and loan products. 
•  Ability to analyze financial data, assess creditworthiness, and analyze cash flow.
• Strong ability to find new business, build relationships, and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in using banking and loan software.
• Willingness to work in the field to meet clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications:
SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc | 0–1 year experience
