Job Description:
ExxonMobil is seeking high-potential Graduate Interns to join our Lagos-based team for a transformative one-year program. As part of our commitment to capability development in Nigeria, this internship is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and world-class industrial practice.
You will join our Administrative Procurement unit, where you won't just be "supporting"—you will be managing specialized transactional services that keep a global energy leader moving. Requirements:
1. Strategic Procurement Support
Transactional Excellence: Provide specialized support for procurement transactions, ensuring every step meets ExxonMobil’s global quality and consistency standards.
National Content Analysis: Participate in the review and analysis of Nigerian Content (NCDMB) data, ensuring our operations contribute meaningfully to local industry growth.
Document Control: Manage sensitive procurement documentation and audit trails, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
2. Data Management & Stakeholder Relations
Advanced Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive data reviews to identify procurement efficiencies and supply chain trends.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with internal clients and external vendors, serving as a key liaison for procurement queries.
Efficiency Tools: Assist in creating and managing digital tools to automate and streamline routine administrative workflows.
3. Professional Development & Mentorship
On-the-Job Training: Receive structured training on global procurement software and ExxonMobil’s proprietary business systems.

Qualifications and Skills:
Candidate Profile
Citizenship: Must be a Nigerian citizen.
NYSC Status: Must have completed NYSC (Discharge or Exemption Certificate required).
Experience: Not more than 2 years post-NYSC completion.
Academic Qualifications
Education: Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Accounting, Business Management, Social Sciences, Engineering, Law, or other related degrees.
Core Competencies
Analytical IQ: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Communication: Effective presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office; the ability to create efficiency tools is a significant advantage.
