Requirements:
As a Culinary Trainee, you will be immersed in the daily operations of our kitchen. You will receive hands-on training across various stations, focusing on the following:
Kitchen Operations: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, plating of dishes, and execution of recipes according to our brand standards.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to strict sanitation, health, and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Skill Development: Learn professional cooking techniques, knife skills, food preservation, and menu management under the guidance of our Head Chef.
Quality Control: Support the team in maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation for every dish that leaves the kitchen.
Inventory Support: Help manage stock, monitor fresh produce, and organize kitchen supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a Senior School Certificate (WASSCE) or OND/Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management or a related field.
Passion: A genuine interest in the culinary arts and a desire to build a career in the food industry.

Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
