Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to serve as the architect of our user experience. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between visual design and technical implementation, translating complex design mockups and user stories into functional, high-performance user interfaces.

In this role, you aren't just "coding a site"—you are crafting the interactive elements that define our brand’s digital presence. If you have 2–4 years of experience mastering the "front-end trinity" (HTML, CSS, JS) and have a passion for building accessible, lightning-fast applications, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

1. Interface Development & Framework Mastery

• Core Engineering: Develop robust user interfaces using the "Front-End Trinity": HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.

• Framework Integration: Implement interactive features, state management, and animations using modern libraries and frameworks like React or Angular.

• Clean Code Standards: Write well-documented, modular, and maintainable code that aligns with industry best practices and simplifies future scaling.

2. User Experience & Technical Optimization

• Responsive Design (RWD): Ensure a seamless experience across the device spectrum—mobile, tablet, and desktop—using advanced CSS techniques (Grid, Flexbox).

• Performance Engineering: Optimize applications for maximum speed and efficiency, focusing on Core Web Vitals, page load times, and resource utilization.

• Accessibility (a11y): Implement accessibility features to ensure our digital products are usable by everyone, regardless of their physical or cognitive abilities.

3. Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Designers to preserve aesthetic integrity and Back-End Developers to ensure seamless API integration.

• Testing & Debugging: Conduct rigorous cross-browser testing to identify and resolve UI inconsistencies and functionality errors before they reach production.

• Knowledge Evolution: Stay at the forefront of the industry by adopting the latest front-end trends, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in a Front-End Developer role.

• Technical Mastery: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+) fundamentals.

• Framework Fluency: Hands-on experience with at least one major framework (React, Angular, or Vue).

• Tooling: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern build tools.

Core Competencies

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to debug complex UI logic and state-related issues.

• Design Sensitivity: A keen eye for web design principles, spacing, and typography.

• Communication: Ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).

• Advanced knowledge of Webpack, Vite, or similar bundlers.

• Experience with Unit Testing (Jest, Cypress).
