Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and highly professional Front Desk Officer / Personal Assistant to serve as the face of our organization and a strategic support to the Managing Director (MD). This is a hybrid role that demands a unique blend of exceptional administrative coordination and active sales engagement. You will be responsible for managing the front-office experience while simultaneously seeking out customer prospects, handling cold calls, and driving service promotions to meet organizational targets.
The ideal candidate is "smart and presentable," possessing the interpersonal agility to resolve customer complaints and the organizational discipline to manage the MD’s daily activities.
Requirements:
Administrative & Executive Support
Executive Assistance: Manage the day-to-day activities of the MD, including planning, scheduling, and maintaining an organized record of appointments.
Clerical Coordination: Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring all messages are received and passed to the correct authorities promptly.
Office Management: Coordinate with various departments to ensure sales efforts are aligned and office appointments are directed to the right personnel.
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
Lead Generation: Actively reach out to customer leads through cold calling and engage prospective clients with solid arguments to promote and sell company services.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive business relationships with existing and new customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
Issue Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and brand reputation.
Sales Reporting: Provide management with detailed reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new product development.
Continuous Improvement & Outreach
Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry best practices and promotional trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Performance Feedback: Continuously improve service quality through feedback loops and professional development.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
B.Sc. or OND in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or Personal Assistant.
A demonstrable track record in sales and target-driven environments.
Technical Skills:
Must be computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital scheduling tools.
Strong ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to diverse audiences.
