We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Manage company vehicles, driver records, and fleet operations to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update vehicle and driver records accurately
Track and manage replacement of vehicle accessories and essential parts
Ensure timely renewal and filing of vehicle documents (insurance, licenses, roadworthiness)
Review and validate vendor invoices, ensuring payments meet SLAs
Process vehicle-related requests through ERP for management approval
Coordinate monthly driver knowledge-sharing sessions
Monitor tracking devices and engage vendors for maintenance
Support vehicle audits to ensure compliance and asset integrity
Requirements:
Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years post-NYSC experience in a similar role
Proficient in computer applications; fleet management and telematics systems a plus
Strong knowledge of vehicle operations, regulations, and safety standards
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and resolve issues effectively
Fleet-related certifications are an added advantage
