We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Manage company vehicles, driver records, and fleet operations to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update vehicle and driver records accurately

• Track and manage replacement of vehicle accessories and essential parts

• Ensure timely renewal and filing of vehicle documents (insurance, licenses, roadworthiness)

• Review and validate vendor invoices, ensuring payments meet SLAs

• Process vehicle-related requests through ERP for management approval

• Coordinate monthly driver knowledge-sharing sessions

• Monitor tracking devices and engage vendors for maintenance

• Support vehicle audits to ensure compliance and asset integrity

Requirements:

• Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2 years post-NYSC experience in a similar role

• Proficient in computer applications; fleet management and telematics systems a plus

• Strong knowledge of vehicle operations, regulations, and safety standards

• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and resolve issues effectively

• Fleet-related certifications are an added advantage
