In the specialized landscape of Lagos-based corporate finance, success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex data gathering with the clinical precision required for Statement Preparation, Tax Management, and Detailed Risk Analysis. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" who can blend "Quantitative Grit" (performing month-end and year-end close processes) with the "Strategic Agility" required to forecast costs and revenues for the entire organization.

Requirements:

1. Reporting Orchestration & Governance

• Statement Sovereignty: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets & P&L) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Clarity."

• Tax Architecture: Manage all tax payments and regulatory filings, providing the "Structural Foundation" for fiscal compliance.

• Audit Stewardship: Organize and lead internal audits to identify and report on accounting discrepancies, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Predictive Logic

• Forecast Sovereignty: Predict costs and revenues with high precision, acting as the primary "Source of Economic Foresight."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
