Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and commercially elite Deposit Mobilization Officer to anchor the liquidity engine of our Lagos-based operations. In the specialized landscape of Nigerian financial services, success is defined by "Liquidity Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive market expansion with the clinical precision required for Deposit Deal-Closing, Compliance Adherence, and Relationship Management. This role is designed for a "Capital Architect" with proven experience who can blend "Sales Grit" (marketing financial products and closing high-value deals) with the "Analytical Agility" required to work independently and meet rigorous funding targets.

Requirements:

1. Acquisition Orchestration & Portfolio Governance

• Deposit Sovereignty: Drive the mobilization of deposits from individual and corporate clients with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Liquidity."

• Relationship Architecture: Build and sustain high-trust networks to ensure long-term fund retention, providing the "Structural Foundation" for portfolio stability.

• Integrity Stewardship: Uphold the highest levels of professionalism and integrity in all dealings, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Market Logic

• Closing Sovereignty: Effectively market financial products and secure large-scale deposit deals, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Inflow."

• Compliance Architecture: Ensure all mobilization activities align strictly with banking regulations and internal policies, providing the "Functional Foundation" for risk mitigation.

• Self-Governance Stewardship: Work independently to identify new market opportunities and alternate funding channels, maintaining the "Source of Economic Foresight."

3. Operational Integrity & Digital Power

• Data Sovereignty: Utilize Microsoft Office and banking software to track deposit trends and client activity, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Accuracy."

• System Architecture: Streamline the onboarding process for new depositors, providing the "Visual Foundation" for a seamless customer experience.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize proven sales and marketing expertise to resolve funding gaps in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Capital Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, marketing, or relationship management within a financial institution.

• Education: Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Admin, Economics, or a related field.

• Tech Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic banking software.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and elite negotiation abilities.
