Job Description:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to serve as the backbone of our strategic decision-making process. You will be responsible for translating complex financial data into actionable insights, driving profitability, and ensuring sustainable growth. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a background in consulting or professional services who excels at financial modeling, budgeting, and providing the "so what" behind the numbers to executive leadership.

Requirements:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Lead the preparation of high-impact financial reports and dashboards. You will conduct variance analysis and maintain sophisticated financial models that guide our long-term strategic direction.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive the annual budgeting cycle and periodic re-forecasting. You will work across business units to monitor utilization, manage costs, and refine revenue/expense projections.

• Business Performance Analytics: Evaluate profitability at the departmental and project levels. You will conduct rigorous cost-benefit analyses and investment appraisals to ensure our resources are optimized for maximum ROI.

• Compliance & Control: Serve as a guardian of financial integrity, ensuring full compliance with policies and supporting audit/regulatory activities. You will proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to department heads. You will translate complex financial findings into clear, compelling narratives for management and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Professional Certification: Mandatory ACA, ACCA, or CFA Level I. ICAN certification is a strong advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or Business Finance.

• Preferred Background: Experience in a Consulting, Professional Services, or Financial Advisory firm is highly preferred.
