Job Description:

Are you a high-energy "hustler" who loves the street-level grind? We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team in the heart of Computer Village. Your mission is simple: get our digital QR storefront and payment stickers into the hands of as many small business owners as possible. You will be the face of our brand, walking the streets daily, pitching business owners, and helping them modernize their operations in under two minutes.

Requirements:

• Daily Prospecting: Navigate Computer Village and surrounding commercial streets, approaching 50–100+ business owners daily.

• The 2-Minute Pitch: Deliver a clear, concise, and persuasive pitch that explains the value of a digital storefront and payment link to non-tech-savvy merchants.

• On-the-Spot Closing: Close sales instantly whether single stickers or bulk packs and guide the merchant through the initial setup process.

• Real-Time Reporting: Log every single sale in our agent portal. We operate with zero tolerance for off-book or unlogged transactions; transparency is key.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Resilience: You are comfortable handling rejection without losing your energy. You view "no" as just the first step to a "yes."

• Communication: Fluent in English and Pidgin. You can adapt your tone to whoever is in front of you and explain complex digital tools in simple, everyday language.

• Self-Management: You are self-driven, capable of mapping your own routes, setting your own pace, and managing your day to hit targets.

• Tools: You own a smartphone, are comfortable navigating the internet, and are ready to be on your feet every single day.
