We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Facility and Maintenance Officer will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and operational efficiency of BellPoint Energy’s facilities, equipment, and utilities.
  • The role ensures a safe, functional, and compliant work environment that supports business continuity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of office facilities, utilities, and equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
  • Supervise and coordinate external vendors, technicians, and service providers.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment inventories.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Manage facility budgets, maintenance costs, and procurement of materials.
  • Support space planning, office moves, and facility-related projects.
  • Oversee generator operations, power supply systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and other technical installations.
  • Provide regular reports on facility condition, issues, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years relevant experience in facility or maintenance management (preferably in the energy, oil & gas, or manufacturing sector).
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, power, and safety operations.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams.
  • Good budgeting, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
