About Company:
Luvanex is committed to impacting lives and providing a quality experience for our real estate investors by providing each client a unique and outstanding level of service. As much as we enjoy working with savvy investors, we also find fulfillment in helping most of our long-term tenants switch over to home ownership.
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, high-functioning Executive Assistant (EA) to act as the strategic right-hand to the Managing Director of a fast-growing Real Estate firm. This is not a typical administrative role; you will be responsible for fleshing out the MD’s vision, managing international property portfolios, and serving as the primary bridge between the organization and High-Net-Worth (HNW) investors. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can navigate the complexities of local markets (Lagos, Abuja, PH) while simultaneously maintaining the administrative backbone of our foreign operations.
Requirements:
1. Project Management & Strategic Execution
Idea Incubation: Take raw concepts from the MD and transform them into actionable project plans, overseeing them until full execution.
Team Leadership: Act as a "Force Multiplier" by managing a small team, ensuring they remain on track to meet organizational KPIs.
Goal Alignment: Collaborate with the MD to develop, meet, and exceed ambitious quarterly and annual business objectives.
2. Investor Relations & High-Level Marketing
Investor Liaison: Develop and nurture reporting relationships with investors, providing clear and formal presentations on business performance.
Campaign Management: Design marketing campaigns and oversee their execution to ensure all lead generation and brand objectives are met.
Network Building: Actively develop a network of real estate agents and marketing firms across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt to drive local expansion.
3. Real Estate Operations & Global Administration
Foreign Operations: Learn and execute specific tasks required to keep the company’s international real estate interests afloat (compliance, local laws, etc.).
Financial Oversight: Manage invoicing through PayPal and follow up on payment due dates to ensure healthy cash flow.
Contract Management: Draft pre-filled contracts and manage the end-to-end process for electronic signatures.
Property Research: Conduct deep-dive research to identify properties that match the specific portfolios of our investors.
4. Digital Presence & Client Engagement
Inquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact on social media, responding to client inquiries with professionalism and speed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Core Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience managing a real estate business or assisting a Real Estate MD.
Sector Knowledge: Proven experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and understanding the etiquette of luxury real estate.
Location: Must be based in Lagos (preferred) or Abuja to facilitate physical errands for the MD/CEO.
Technical & Work Requirements
Remote Proficiency: Must be a self-starter comfortable with remote work while maintaining high productivity.
Connectivity: Must possess an extremely reliable internet connection, a high-spec laptop, and a reliable phone for frequent virtual meetings.
Multi-tasking: Proven ability to manage a diverse workload without sacrificing attention to detail.
