Job Description:
- We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Electronics Sales Representative to join our retail team.
- The ideal candidate must have prior experience working as a sales representative in an electronics store, possess in-depth knowledge of electronic products, and demonstrate excellent sales and customer service skills.
- The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers courteously in the showroom or store.
- Provide detailed information about electronic products, specifications, and features.
- Demonstrate product usage and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Actively promote new arrivals, deals, and promotional offers.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and process sales transactions using POS systems.
- Maintain product displays, ensuring shelves are neat, organized, and fully stocked.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally and promptly.
- Keep accurate records of daily sales, stock movement, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest electronic products and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative in an electronics store.
- Strong product knowledge of electronics such as TVs, home appliances, mobile devices, and accessories.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be target-driven, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Must reside within or around Lekki or Victoria Island.
Working Hours:
- Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays.
