We are seeking an ambitious, design-fluent, and learning-obsessed Marketing Apprentice to anchor the operational immune system and content-engine of our growth strategy. In the high-velocity world of African fintech where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of product-adoption and the precision of the user-messaging filter success is defined by "Growth Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-end design (Canva/Figma) with the clinical precision required for Campaign-Execution Architecture, Community-Engagement Governance, and Market-Trend Stewardship. This role is designed as an "Acceleration Residency" a critical learning environment for an ambitious marketing professional who can blend "Creative Grit" (mastering the complexities of social media and content calendars) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Marketing Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Execution Sovereignty & Campaign Architecture
Sovereignty of Delivery: Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, event, and partnership channels, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Campaign Throughput."
Campaign Architecture: Assist in content/messaging development for social media and email, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a cohesive, scalable brand voice.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to campaign timelines and brand standards, ensuring the "Source of Marketing-Identity Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Governance Sovereignty & Operations Logic
Growth Sovereignty: Support lead generation and customer follow-up workflows, acting as the primary "Source of Pipeline-Momentum."
Logistics Architecture: Assist in event/webinar coordination and field activation logistics, providing the "Functional Foundation" for frictionless audience engagement.
Collaboration Stewardship: Liaise with cross-functional teams (Design/Sales/Product), maintaining the "Source of Cohesive Growth."
3. Operational Fidelity & Insight Power
Diagnostic Sovereignty: Track and report on key marketing metrics (Traffic/Leads/Conversions), acting as the primary "Source of Performance-Insight."
Research Architecture: Conduct deep-dives into market trends and competitor insights, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: An interest in fintech, B2B marketing, and the African business ecosystem; ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
Technical Power: Basic proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere); strong written/verbal communication skills.
Aptitude: Exceptional organizational and coordination capabilities; ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
