Job Description:

• Strategy Development: Creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, including audience segmentation, campaign objectives, and budget allocation.
• Campaign Execution: Managing the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels like social media advertising, SEO optimization, content marketing, email marketing, and paid search.
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement) to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
• Content Creation: Overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality content (blog posts, videos, infographics) that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
• Social Media Management: Developing and managing social media presence across platforms, engaging with followers, and creating compelling content to increase brand visibility.
• SEO Optimization: Implementing strategies to improve website search engine ranking through keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Budget Management: Managing digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating funds across different channels and campaigns based on ROI.
• Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing specialists, including content creators, social media managers, and SEO analysts.
• Reporting and Analysis: Preparing regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to communicate to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• B.Sc /HND in Marketing, Mass Communication/Information Technology
• The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 10-15 years’ experience.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools ( Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
