Job Description:

• Content Creation: Produce highly engaging, relatable short-form videos, reels, memes, and graphics tailored for the Nigerian audience.
• Social Media Management: Handle daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
• Trend Hijacking: Stay on top of local internet trends, viral audios, and pop culture to position Errand9ja at the center of online conversations.
• Copywriting: Craft catchy, conversational captions, broadcast messages, and ad copies that convert casual viewers into active users.
• Campaign Support: Assist in setting up and tracking low-budget digital ads and organic growth loops to boost platform signups.
• Community Engagement: Respond promptly to direct messages and comments, building trust and a loyal community around our logistics service.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Education:

• NYSC Status: Current serving corp member seeking a career-building side project or Primary Assignment (PPA).
• Academic Background: Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any field backed by a strong interest in digital media.

Technical & Core Skills:

• Mobile Content Creation: Hands-on experience using CapCut, Canva, or similar mobile tools to edit videos and design neat graphics.
• Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of how the algorithms work on TikTok, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
• Creative Writing: Ability to write in clear, engaging English and relatable Nigerian Pidgin.
