Job Description:

Are you a data professional with a gift for teaching? Perfectlytics AI Ltd is looking for a skilled and passionate Data Analyst Tutor to empower the next generation of data enthusiasts. You will be responsible for transforming beginners into data-driven professionals by delivering hands-on training and guiding students through high-impact, real-world projects.

The ideal candidate doesn't just know how to code or build dashboards; they know how to explain the "why" behind the data, making complex concepts accessible, engaging, and practically applicable to business problems.

Requirements:

Technical Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

• Hands-on Training: Deliver structured, practical lessons covering the core pillars of data analytics.

• Tool Mastery: Teach in-depth modules on:

  • Microsoft Excel: Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and data modeling.

  • SQL: Database querying, joins, and data manipulation.

  • Power BI: Creating interactive dashboards and DAX expressions.

• Data Lifecycle: Guide students through the end-to-end process of data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.

Mentorship & Project Supervision

• Real-World Application: Lead students through capstone projects that mirror actual business challenges.

• Student Support: Provide dedicated mentorship, answering technical questions and offering career guidance within the data space.

• Assessment: Evaluate student assignments, provide constructive feedback, and track learning progress.

Content Development

• Educational Assets: Assist in drafting lesson materials, practice datasets, and technical exercises.

• Business Logic: Ensure students understand how to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in data analysis or Business Intelligence (BI).

• Technical Stack: * Expert-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

  • Solid understanding of data storytelling and visualization principles.
