Job Description:

Crown Interactive is seeking a technically elite Data Analyst to transform raw utility data into actionable business intelligence. In the power and public infrastructure sector, data is the lifeblood of operational efficiency. Your mission is to collect, model, and visualize data from diverse sources—including SCADA, ERP, and CRM systems—to drive strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a Power BI expert with a deep understanding of the energy sector's unique KPIs. You will be responsible for building the dashboards that public and private power stakeholders rely on to monitor performance, predict trends, and optimize utility delivery.

Requirements:

1. Advanced Data Engineering & Modeling

• ETL & Data Architecture: Collect and clean massive datasets from relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and specialized utility software.

• Power BI Mastery: Design and maintain dynamic dashboards utilizing complex DAX queries and Power Query for advanced data transformations.

• Data Integrity: Act as the guardian of data governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems through rigorous troubleshooting.

2. Sector-Specific Insights & KPI Monitoring

• Utility Analytics: Monitor operational metrics and KPIs specific to power and utilities projects to support performance improvements.

• Predictive Analysis: Identify patterns and trends within the power sector to provide stakeholders with forward-looking insights rather than just historical reports.

• Technical Translation: Convert complex business requirements from public sector clients into robust technical specifications and reporting solutions.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Storytelling

• Strategic Partnership: Work across internal teams and with external power sector clients to deliver actionable insights that influence high-level strategy.

• Data Storytelling: Beyond building charts, you must communicate the "why" behind the numbers, translating technical findings for non-technical audiences.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in and contribute to the organization’s CI learning, development, and mentoring programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.

• Sector Knowledge: Experience working with data from software platforms relevant to power, utilities, or public infrastructure is highly preferred.

Technical IQ

• BI Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).

• Database Mastery: Strong experience with SQL and relational database management (MS SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).

• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
