We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Attend to online customers and handle enquiries professionally.
- Process shipments and provide accurate information on services and charges.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of transactions and customer interactions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with company standards.
- Support daily branch operations as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service (logistics experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customers.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Must reside within or close to Ojodu Berger and its environs.
