We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email, in-app chat)
- Provide timely, professional, and friendly responses to client questions or concerns
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, ensuring they’re updated on available listings or appointments
- Escalate issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary
- Coordinate with agents and marketers to gather property information, photos, and client feedback
- Assist in scheduling property tours, inspections, and meetings
- Track agent activity and client engagement, ensuring smooth communication flow
- Support agents with material requests (brochures, flyers, digital content)
- Upload and update property listings across internal systems, social platforms, and listing websites
- Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and have high-quality visuals and descriptions
- Tag listings by area, type, price, and agent assigned for easy retrieval and filtering
- Maintain a centralized CRM or database of leads, clients, and listings
- Help track deal progress, documentation, and client feedback
- Provide weekly reports on lead follow-ups, customer interactions, and listing performance
- Ensure records are well-organized and accessible to team members.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 5 years of experience in customer service, real estate support, or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
- Experience with property listing platforms (e.g., PropertyPro, PrivateProperty) is a plus
- Must be a team player, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
